1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "rs789", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the rs789 platform accessible at rs789.bio, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the rs789 website at rs789.bio and all services, software, games, and features made available through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the rs789 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by rs789 subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account-level controls available to Users including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rs789 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are non-negotiable and strictly enforced:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. rs789 has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, and all balances including any pending withdrawals will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an rs789 employee, in relation to any Account used for real-money wagering.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the rs789 Platform or barred by rs789 for any reason unless rs789 has formally reinstated your access in writing.

rs789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by rs789 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the rs789 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. rs789 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or confiscate balances where duplication is established.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. rs789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify rs789 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party under any circumstances. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rs789 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are published in the Payments section of the Platform and are subject to change with notice.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. rs789 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a third-party payment is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the funds returned to their originating source. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit prior to detection may be voided.

Withdrawal requests require full KYC verification to be completed before processing. rs789 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information — for withdrawals above applicable thresholds, or where rs789 has reason to apply enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may be extended where additional verification is required.

rs789 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and suspend Accounts pending investigation where activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rs789 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps that apply to bonus-derived winnings.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Where a User withdraws real-money funds while bonus funds remain active, rs789 may cancel the active bonus and any associated pending wagering requirements.

rs789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. One bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise specified.

Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk betting designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk constitutes bonus abuse. rs789 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate bonus-derived winnings where abuse is identified.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino game sessions on the rs789 Platform are final once confirmed. rs789 will not reverse confirmed bets or game rounds except in cases of a verifiable technical error that materially affected the outcome. The house rules applicable to each game category — including payout structures, side bet rules, and jackpot trigger conditions — are published within each game's information panel and constitute part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server interruption during an active game session, rs789's system logs will be the authoritative record of game state and outcome. Where a session cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to rs789, affected wagers will be refunded to the User's Account Balance.

rs789 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User without winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs789 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure, security systems, or other Users' access.

8. Responsible Gaming

rs789 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools accessible directly from every Account dashboard, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Users who activate self-exclusion will have their Account restricted from all gambling activity for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, rs789 will make reasonable efforts to prevent access, including suppression of marketing communications. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rs789 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to rs789 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of rs789.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs789 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, system downtime, or third-party service failures.

rs789's total liability to any User for any direct damages in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". rs789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

rs789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where rs789 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to rs789; (c) the User has provided false information; or (d) any form of fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct has been identified.

Upon termination for cause, rs789 may withhold any Balance pending investigation, and may confiscate funds where a breach is substantiated. Users who believe their Account has been terminated in error may contact rs789 support via live chat to submit a formal appeal.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting rs789 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rs789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with rs789 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body designated by rs789.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to submit a written complaint to rs789 support and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for rs789 to investigate and respond. This does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rs789 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, rs789 will notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The version of these Terms that applies to any dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon request from rs789 support.
